Samsung introduced the Galaxy Z TriFold, a phone that unfolds twice into a 10-inch display. The device targets users who need more workspace on the go. It keeps a slim profile when closed and expands into a large screen for productivity and media.

The TriFold uses a new inward-folding system with two hinges. It adds reinforced display layers, a titanium hinge housing, and an aluminum frame for durability. Each unit goes through detailed inspection, including CT and laser scanning.

The phone runs on a customized Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. It includes a 200 MP camera and a 5600 mAh three-cell battery split across the three panels. It supports 45W fast charging.
The 10-inch screen works like three 6.5-inch apps side by side. Users can run multiple windows, resize layouts, and keep a persistent taskbar. Standalone Samsung DeX is available for desktop-level workflows. Extended Mode supports a second screen.

Galaxy AI features scale to the large display. Tools like Generative Edit, Sketch to Image, and Photo Assist support creative tasks. Gemini Live adds contextual AI that works with the camera and screen.
For entertainment, the device uses Dynamic AMOLED 2X with up to 120 Hz refresh. Brightness reaches 2600 nits on the cover and 1600 nits on the main display.

The Galaxy Z TriFold launches in Korea on December 12, 2025. It arrives in the US in early 2026. Buyers get six months of Google AI Pro and a one-time 50 percent discount on display repair.
