The MAKE SENSE All-Metal Razor was developed through a multi-year collaboration between MAKE SENSE and UDL. Long-standing industry models were challenged by shifting core mechanical functions from disposable cartridges to a durable, reusable handle. A lightweight \"Blade Core\" system was engineered to minimize consumables, while a side-push mechanism was implemented for lateral blade replacement. Controlled damping is provided by a metal-spring pivot, and the handle geometry was computationally tuned for improved grip. Zinc alloy die casting and CNC finishing were utilized to ensure structural precision and refined detailing.
