Ocean Bottle and gomi have launched a limited drop of 100 power banks and 10 speakers made from recycled plastic and powered by repurposed e-bike batteries. Each piece features a Terrazzo-style design and is fully repairable using screws, not glue. Handcrafted in Brighton, the run prevents 30kg of waste from going to landfill. Profits will fund the collection of plastic equal to 130,000 bottles in weight from coastal areas. The products aim to show how waste can be transformed into lasting, functional tech.
