Forged(1) is an AR glass designed for industrial operations and emergencies. It was created for South Korean factory production lines, prioritizing user-friendly design over traditional industrial aesthetics. Features include soft, rounded edges for comfort, balanced weight distribution to reduce neck strain, and glove-friendly interfaces. The project involved collaboration with engineers to meet regulatory standards and ensure functionality. The design process focused on refining curved surfaces and precise hardware placement. Challenges in production were addressed, resulting in a product that prioritizes usability in demanding environments.
