BarkHouse is a modern dog kennel made entirely from cork, offering a lightweight, durable, and paw-friendly design. Created for the Goodwoof Barkitecture competition, it features a hidden ball chute for play and an integrated area for food and water. The dark cork construction blends into natural surroundings while providing warmth and comfort. Combining rest, refuelling, and play in one space, BarkHouse reflects the “From nature, for nature” brief through its eco-conscious material choice and thoughtful, functional design.
